5. When you go to a new question, press the 'next' button.

Opening Credits
Track: Stripped- Depeche Mode
Album: Black Celebration

Hell yeah! I'm glad that it starts with Stripped, one of my DM's favorite songs! I love everything about it: lyrics, music, even the clip video! Seriously this song is so beautiful...

Waking Up
Track: Go with the flow- Queens of the Stone Age
Album: Songs for the deaf

Hey! Sure, I will be awake with that! A hell of a song! I love it! I can goooo...with the flooooow! Perfect to start the day,eh?

First Day At School
Track: Moving to LA-Art Brut
Album: Bang Bang Rock and Roll

Oh my..it should be "first day of vacation". But as you said Liz, for our first day at Otago, this song would be perfect! The lyrics are perfect: "Hmm I might even get a tattoo. My problems are never gonna find me.I'm drinking Hennessey with Morrissey, on a beach out of reach, somewhere very far away!" OK not great for a first day at school but it is for a first day at Otago!! Hehe...I'm lucly for now, I've started my day with cheerful songs!

Falling In Love
Track: World In My Eyes-Depeche Mode
Album: Violator

Rrrrrrrr I love that survey!!! Of course I can fall in love on that song! "Now let my body do the moving, and let my hands do the soothing. Let me show you the world in my eyes". Again great lyrics, you're a genius Martin! And Dave has such a sexy voice...

Fight Song
Track: Teardrop-Massive Attack
Album: Mezzanine

Great great song...one of my favorites... Fight song hmmm...inner fight maybe?

Breaking Up
Track: Feeling Good- Muse
Album: Origin of Symmetry

Wow OK lol...apparently I'm glad I broke up! " It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for me..and I'm feeling good!". Well good for me then! lol

Prom
Track: Higher Love-Depeche Mode
Album: Songs of Faith and Devotion

Hihi thank God I broke up..I found my "Higher Love" at the prom;) I wish it were true! Anyway, beautiful song again! I feel myself in another dimension when I listen to that song...

Life's OK
Track: Marching Bands of Manhattan-Death Cab for Cutie
Album: Plans

Well, Liz knows the song better than me..I'm not familiar with the lyrics so I can't really comment on that one. Great song in any case!

Mental Breakdown
Track: Born in the USA-Bruce Springsteen
Album: Greatest Hits

LMAO it is for Bruce when Reagan used this song for his campaign! What an ass...he thought it glorified the American nation but that is just the opposite.
As for me I can't have a mental breakdown on that one, yeah..I feel like demonstrating in the street lol.

Driving
Track: Hysteria-Muse
Album: Absolution

OK let's put things into order! This one goes for mental breakdown and Bruce's song goes for driving! lol
But OK fine, this one is fine for driving...the song is dynamic, powerful...ROLL ON!

Flashback
Track: Can't get my eyes off you-Muse
Album: B-side Dead Star/In your World

HEY!!!!!
3 flashbacks:
1. Helene and I singing in the hallways of Lavoisier
2. James and Kevin making out
3. Liz and I dancing last Saturday! This is our song now!

Getting Back Together
Track: New Born-Muse
Album: Origin of Symmetry

Hmmm....why not? A "new born", a new relationship... haha.
In any case it starts rather violently!

Wedding
Track: How Soon Is Now-The Smiths
Album: Meat is Murder

One of my faves...But not quite appropriate for a wedding! I'm not close to get married and this song describes perfectly how I feel!

Amazing Hot Sex Porno Scene
Track: Louxor, J'adore- Katerine
Album: Robots après tout

Oh COME ON! NO NO NO! Can you imagine having sex on that one? Je couoe le son........et je remets le son! No fucking way! lmao

Birth of Child
Track: Sonne-Rammstein
Album: Mutter

LOL the lyrics are rather appropriate...well that's unexpected for the birth of a child but I guess it makes sense after all: "hier kommt die Sonne" (here comes the sun)

Final Battle
Track: Enjoy the Silence-Depeche Mode
Album: Violator

This song is HUGE! DM's most famous song... and again so well written... it can be appropriate in some way "Words are very unnecessary they can only do harm". Nice for a final battle,eh?

Death Scene
Track: A Question of Time- Depeche Mode
Album: Black Celebration

Hey funny! Just for the title otherwise I don't see the connection with death!

Funeral Song
Track: Goodnight Lovers-Depeche Mode
Album: Exciter

MY GOD that's perfect!!! quiet, moving, beautiful...i love it!
(DM ended every concert with that song, and everytime I wanted to cry because it was such a magical moment...Dave and Martin singing together...especially when Claire was with me and we were the only ones in Bercy singing...god it was so amazing!)

End Credits
Track: Live to Tell-Madonna
Album: The Immaculate Collection

Perfect! My favorite song of Madonna!

1 commentaire:

Liz a dit…

Heeeeeeeh! Your media player has brains, too!
Except when the songs did not exactly fit (*cough* amazing hot sex *cough*), but then it made the results even funnier!
Loads of Depeche Mode songs, though! Still glad you made it ^^
Cheers!

ps: Can't get my eyes off you is definitely James and Kevin's song XD
